How do we start the process?
Every project starts with a kick-off call to understand your goals and audience. From there, we move into strategy, design, feedback rounds, and final delivery, all tailored to your timeline and needs.
What's the average project duration?
Timelines vary depending on the project’s scope, but can take from 3 business days up to 5 weeks from start to finish. We’ll give you a clear schedule before we begin.
what is the payment process like?
All projects are secured with a simple contract outlining the scope, timeline, and terms. To get started, we require a 50% deposit to reserve your spot. The remaining 50% is due before handoff of the final deliverables. All payments are handled securely online, keeping the process clear and transparent.
What do i need to get started?
Once your project is booked, you’ll receive a short onboarding guide and checklist including what content, images, and brand details we’ll need. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through every step.
What if I need help after launch?
We offer a 14 day post-launch maintenance and design support included in every package. After that, you can book one-time updates or choose a monthly care subscription plan.
Can we work together if i'm not local?
Absolutely. All projects are done remotely via email, calls, and shared design tools. Location doesn’t limit creativity, we’ve successfully collaborated with clients around the world.
